The multiple scierosis society QED Lab annual poker tournament
QED LAB hosts an annual poker tournament where 100% of the proceeds are donated to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Charlie Klingner (President) lost his mother to MS in 2014. This tournament and donation honors her spirit and supports those who continue to battle this incurable disease.

QED has made a charitable donations to the Ladybug Run in Portland, Oregon to benefit the CDH foundation for infants born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. In 2017, Mike Poirier (Vice-President) had a nephew born with CDH and we continue to show our support to this foundation.
2021 QED LAB Motorcycle RALLY
This 154-mile scenic ride through the Columbia River Gorge & Mt. Hood benefited the Community Partners for Affordable Housing of Oregon, with a goal of obtaining 100 backpacks to support local students heading back to the 2021/2022 school year.
2019 Portland youthbuilders
QED partnered with Walsh Construction and Scott Edwards Architecture on a renovation project with the Portland YouthBuilders (PYB). Portland YouthBuilders is a non-profit organization committed to providing long term support to low income youth. PYB provides education, vocational training and leadership development services for over 200 young people who have not completed high school and face significant barriers to success. QED had an incredible time working with these potential new builders!
