Window Testing in Portland, Oregon

QED Lab was recently on site in NE Portland performing AAMA-accredited window testing at the Pepsi Blocks project, a new mixed-use development located in the Kerns neighborhood. This project preserves an existing Pepsi warehouse while transforming it into modern retail spaces, a public open plaza, and a mix of residential and office areas. We’re proud to support Security Properties Residential, Mithun Architect, R&H Construction Co., and 4EA by helping verify window performance testing as part of the overall building envelope testing in Portland.
