Lane Community College’s Heath Professions Building Project

Window Testing in Oregon

QED Lab was on-site in Eugene, Oregon, at Lane Community College’s new Health Professions Building, performing AAMA-accredited field window testing on the building’s metal wall panel and storefront systems. Our testing focused on verifying the performance of these assemblies for air and water infiltration resistance, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards outlined in AAMA 502. These evaluations are essential for confirming the integrity and durability of the building envelope, particularly in high-use institutional environments where performance and reliability are key.

This state-of-the-art facility will serve as a hub for healthcare education, housing the LCC Dental Clinic, academic and administrative offices for health professions, a 100-seat classroom, and specialized training areas including an EMT training facility and ambulance bay. QED Lab is proud to support this project through precision testing that helps ensure the building’s envelope will perform efficiently and protect the college’s investment in education and community health for years to come.
