AAMA-Accredited Window Testing

QED Lab recently completed AAMA-accredited window testing at a free-standing mock-up for the Francis + Clare project in Southeast Portland. Our team performed AAMA 502-compliant testing on the project’s casement window systems, verifying their performance for air infiltration and water penetration resistance under real-world conditions. These tests ensure that the window assemblies meet both manufacturer and project specifications before installation, helping identify any potential issues early in the construction process and ensuring long-term durability once the systems are integrated into the building envelope.
