Bellevue 600 Project in Washington
Window Testing in Washington
QED Lab is performing window testing at the new Bellevue 600 project, Amazon’s highly anticipated office tower in downtown Bellevue. Standing at an impressive 600 feet tall, this 43-story structure will be the tallest building in Bellevue, representing a major milestone in the city’s growing skyline. Our testing focuses on verifying the performance of the building’s fenestration systems, ensuring that all windows meet stringent standards for air and water resistance, structural integrity, and long-term durability. By conducting these tests under real field conditions, QED Lab helps guarantee that the tower’s envelope performs as designed—supporting energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and the project’s high-quality design standards.
Bellevue 600 will accommodate approximately 4,200 employees and feature state-of-the-art office spaces, a meeting center, retail uses, and a potential daycare facility, all designed to enhance Amazon’s urban campus experience. QED Lab is proud to contribute to this transformative project, working alongside world-class teams to help deliver a high-performing, sustainable, and landmark building that will shape the future of downtown Bellevue.
