Everett Community Health Center’s Admin Annex Project
Air Barrier Testing in Washington
QED Lab is performing air barrier testing at the Community Health Center’s new Admin Annex Building in Everett, Washington. This two-story office building expansion enhances the CHC campus with modern design and durable construction, featuring metal siding, stone veneer, insulated wood stud exterior walls, aluminum storefront doors, and windows. Our testing focuses on verifying the performance and integrity of the building’s air barrier system, ensuring it meets strict airtightness standards for long-term energy efficiency, comfort, and moisture control.
Partnering with an exceptional project team—Community Health Center of Snohomish County, MD Architects, PC Seattle, and Aldrich + Associates, Inc.—QED Lab is proud to support this vital healthcare facility. Our testing helps confirm that the building envelope performs as designed, contributing to a high-quality, sustainable space that supports CHC’s mission to provide accessible healthcare services to the Snohomish County community.
